| Meeting Sponsor for October - itzbig
itzbig’s interactive network allows you to privately explore
career opportunities while securely matching your skills, goals and experience to opportunities. At
itzbig we believe:
- Quality results are a big deal. itzbig's proprietary technology
matches, scores and ranks your skills and goals against the positions available – so you only have to
view the opportunities that are best for you.
- Your peace of mind is a big deal. You never have to submit
your resume, your current position, or even your name if you'd rather not – you have control over your
contact data and resume and who you give your information to throughout the process.
- Putting you in control is a big deal. Through our dynamic
scoring and ranking you’ll know if you’re a fit or not and you’ll even how you stack-up against others
in the network. Immediate feedback is guaranteed. If that isn't enough, you'll also have real-time access
to recruiters for more detailed information.
- Giving you more job opportunities is a big deal. itzbig's
built-in security and efficiency attract more companies and recruiters to the system. Working professionals,
like you, are attracted to itzbig because it allows you to "keep an eye out" for a good fit, even if
you aren't quite ready to make a move.
Start your private career exploration now at www.itzbig.com
Please note: itzbig will be giving away an Apple iPhone (no contract needed).

Rent A Cert: A good idea for Cisco partners and cert holders?
Brad Reese on Cisco writes about Rent A Cert, a Web site launched a week ago:
"Rent A Cert seeks to line the pockets of Cisco certification holders with extra cash, while
simultaneously preying on the desperation of those in the channel who wish to improve their
partnership levels on the cheap, to either Cisco Silver or Cisco Gold status (and the coveted
partner discounts that go along with each status)." It's not illegal for Cisco cert holders
to do this nor is it illegal for companies to simply pay these folks for the use of their names
and certification numbers, but is it ethical?
